3. Where We Ship
We currently ship most orders within the Continental United States, which includes the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international addresses unless a shipping option is specifically offered at checkout.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on most orders within the Continental United States. If any shipping charges apply, they will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.
5. Order Cutoff Time
Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
6. Handling Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed, payment is confirmed, and any required order information is complete.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
7. Transit Time and Delivery Estimates
Estimated transit time is 2 to 7 business days after your order ships.
Total estimated delivery time is 3 to 9 business days, which includes 1 to 2 business days of handling time plus 2 to 7 business days of transit time.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, freight scheduling, or other events outside our control.
8. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders may ship by parcel carrier, freight carrier, or another delivery provider depending on the product size, weight, destination, and supplier warehouse location.
Large or heavy items, including cold plunges, infrared saunas, massage chairs, red light therapy panels, or similar wellness equipment, may require freight delivery.
9. Tracking Information
When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout when tracking is available.
10. Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, additional shipping fees, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
11. Freight and Large Item Deliveries
Some products may ship by freight carrier due to their size or weight. Freight deliveries may require a delivery appointment, signature, curbside delivery, or additional coordination with the carrier.
Unless otherwise stated, freight delivery does not include inside delivery, unpacking, assembly, installation, removal of packaging, or removal of old equipment.
12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@openskyewellness.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
13. Missing Items or Delivery Issues
If your order appears to be missing an item, or if tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact us as soon as possible. Some orders may ship in multiple packages or from multiple warehouse locations.
14. Cancellations Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. If an order has already shipped, it must be handled through the standard return process.
15. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide another resolution.
Approved refunds are issued within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
