Damage reporting window: Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

3. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All original accessories, manuals, parts, and packaging are included.
  • The item is not listed as non-returnable below.

Used, installed, altered, assembled, or damaged products cannot be returned unless they arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

After review, we will confirm whether a replacement, refund, return, repair support, or other resolution is appropriate.

5. Return Shipping and Labels

For change-of-mind returns or other approved non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for purchasing and paying for the return shipping label.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide another resolution after the issue is reviewed and approved.

Returns must be sent only after we approve the return and provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

6. Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee may apply to approved non-defective returns.

The restocking fee is waived for approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and for eligible exchanges when an exchange is approved.

7. Refunds and Replacements

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

If preferred and available, we may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.

8. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products within the 30-day return window. The item must meet the same eligibility requirements listed in this policy.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returnable:

  • Items that have been used, installed, altered, assembled, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items missing original packaging, manuals, accessories, parts, or components.
  • Final sale or clearance items, if marked as final sale on the product page.
  • Custom, special-order, or made-to-order items.
  • Items returned without prior approval or without following our return instructions.

10. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. If an order has already been processed, shipped, or scheduled with a carrier, it must be handled through the standard return process.
